How is the annual saving calculated?
Twelve monthly payments of $9.99 total $119.88. The annual price is $99, equivalent to $8.25 per month. You save $20.88, approximately 17.4%, for the same 12 months. This comparison covers the standard 12-month term; the free remainder of the signup month is an additional first-subscription benefit. Payment processing fees are separate.
How will monthly billing work?
Monthly subscriptions renew on the 1st at 00:00 UTC. The first charge covers full days from the next UTC midnight to the next month. The rest of the signup day is complimentary; a calculated first charge below US$1 is waived. The final amount and renewal date will be shown before payment.
What will I pay when I choose annual billing?
Your first payment is US$99, with no extra charge for the signup month. After successful payment, Professional starts immediately. First-time subscribers get the rest of that UTC calendar month free; the full 12-month term begins on the 1st of the next month at 00:00 UTC. For example, pay on October 7, 2026 and use the service through October 31, 2027 (UTC). The next US$99 charge is November 1, 2027 at 00:00 UTC, not November 1, 2026. The extra time is a first-subscription benefit, not a yearly renewal benefit.

Do you offer refunds?
Monthly and annual subscription fees, including renewal payments, are non-refundable for a change of mind, reduced use, early cancellation or unused time. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time and keep access through the end of your purchased service period. Exceptions apply where required by law, for duplicate charges, billing errors or other verified special circumstances. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.
Are payment processing fees included?
The subscription pays for INDIE EASY. Processing fees for payments you collect from customers are separate.
